Playing

You can choose between several lead methods (e.g. ace or king from A K x) and signaling methods.

Have a look at this example of a table window during the play.

There are several help features available:

• Playing hint: Shows the card which the program would select.
• Display of the estimated probabilities of hidden cards.
• Display of the meaning of signals and conventional treatments in defense.
• Play warning: Warns the user
  - if he is about to play a probably very weak card or
  - if he is about to violate an agreement in defense.

At the end of a deal you can obtain a review, during which the hand can be analysed trick by trick.

There is also the so called cheat mode, whereby the program looks at the of the other players' cards and plays a correspondingly stronger game.
Q-plus Bridge does not cheat, unless given explicit instructions to do so. It is also possible to allow cheating e.g. just for the defenders.

Q-plus Bridge can play on several different playing strengths, which can be set in the configuration menu.
